We, Verve, which is the trading name of StreetTeam Software Limited are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This Privacy and Cookie Policy (Privacy Policy) details the steps we take to protect your personal data when you use our services and our site to purchase tickets, vouchers and other event related services or merchandise from us via our ambassadors and visit our subdomains located at onverve.com and the corresponding mobile applications (together and separately, the Service). It describes the personal data that we collect, the purposes for which we use such information, and your choices regarding our use of it. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use and Ambassador Terms of Service.

Changes to this privacy policy

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of the Privacy Policy. Please ensure that you frequently check this Privacy Policy for any updates.

Collection of information

By using our Service and by submitting personal data to us through our Service (including through our ambassadors) then this Privacy Policy will apply.

The personal data we collect from you may include:

  • Information you submit when you register for an account or purchase tickets, which may include:
    • your name,
    • email address,
    • shipping address,
    • billing address,
    • phone number,
    • date of birth,
    • interests and preferences,
    • social accounts,
  • information regarding your general use of the Service (including information we may observe, derive and infer from use of the Service, including web logs and usage information),
  • additional information to facilitate payments (such as payment card information), if you make a purchase, which is provided to our payment processor,
  • information required to be collected if you enter a contest or promotion on the Service, and
  • any information you provide to us.

How is your personal data used?

We use the personal data you provide to us to:

  • provide you with those tickets, goods, and services which you have requested through our Service;
  • provide you with personalised visits to our Service;
  • share your personal data with our partners (detailed below);
  • recommend future events, goods, and services which may be of interest to you (but only where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes);
  • recommend an ambassadorial role for you if a suitable opportunity arises (and if you have consented to being contacted in such a way);
  • develop our offers and the structure of our Service to ensure that our services are as useful and enjoyable as possible;
  • contact you (including by text message for account-related messages, if you have provided your mobile phone number); and
  • send out email alerts that you may have signed up for.

Our processing of your personal data will be where: (i) it is necessary for the performance of a contract we have with you; (ii) where you have provided your consent; (iii) it is necessary for us to comply with legal obligation that we are under; or (iv) it is in our (or a third party's) legitimate interests and such interests do not prejudice your rights or freedoms.

With whom is your personal data shared?

We will disclose your personal data in to the organisers of events for which you have purchased tickets, goods or services in order to ensure their delivery. Where you have requested tickets, goods or services for events based outside of the European Economic Area we will have to transfer your personal data out of the EEA to such event organisers in order to fulfil your request. Such transfer will be necessary to fulfil your request. In addition, we may share your personal data with various data processors (such as payment providers or delivery organisations) but these organisations will be acting on our behalf only.

We may also share any information that we receive through the Service with vendors and service providers retained in connection with the provision of the Service, including for data analytics purposes. One of the service providers that we use for data analytics is Google Analytics. If you do not want Google Analytics to collect and use information about your use of the Services, then you can install an opt-out in your web browser (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/).

You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link provided in the emails. Please note that you may continue to receive administrative messages from us even if you opt out of receiving promotional messages.

Children's information

Our Service is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If we find out that a child under 16 has given us personal information, we will take steps to delete that information. Ambassadors

Where you are an ambassador of Verve signing up via the Ambassador Terms, this Privacy Policy will still apply to you where applicable. In addition, we will collect information about you regarding your role as an ambassador and the events, campaigns and rewards related to your activities. We will also suggest relevant campaigns that we think may be of interest to you, but you shall remain under no obligation to accept such campaigns.
